By accessing and using driverlicensetemplate.com (operating under DRIVER PSD), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
1. Provision of Services
We provide digital, downloadable Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) templates and a "Done-For-You" editing service. All products are delivered electronically. You acknowledge that we do not provide physical cards, physical printing, or any tangible goods.
2. Account and Registration
If you purchase a service or digital item, you may be required to provide a valid email address for file delivery. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate and secure. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall DRIVER PSD or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the materials on this site. The templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Website. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
When you purchase a template or use our "Done-For-You" editing service, we may collect:
- Contact information, such as your email address (used strictly for product delivery).
- Photos and demographic data you explicitly submit for the editing service.
- Standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type) for security and traffic monitoring.
2. Data Retention & Security
Strict Data Deletion: Any portrait photos or personal data submitted to us for the "Done-For-You" design service are temporarily held on secure servers. They are permanently deleted within 48 hours after the final design is delivered to you. We do not maintain databases of customer photos or ID data.
3. No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We only share information with payment processors strictly for the purpose of executing the transaction.
Refund & Return Policy
Because our products are purely digital and instantly delivered, we enforce a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Digital PSD Downloads
Since PSD templates are digital goods that cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for "change of mind" or "lack of Photoshop skills". Please ensure you review the product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Exceptions (Corrupt Files)
A refund or replacement will only be issued if:
- The downloaded ZIP or PSD file is technically corrupted and cannot be opened.
- The file significantly deviates from its description (e.g., missing the back side when it was advertised).
In such cases, you must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
3. Done-For-You Service
If you purchase our design service, refunds are only applicable if we have not yet started the design process. Once our prepress operators begin editing your file, the fee becomes non-refundable due to the labor involved.
Acceptable Use & Copyright
This is the most critical section of our operating terms. By downloading any file from our servers, you explicitly agree to these usage restrictions.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Our templates are strictly for authorized digital, educational, and theatrical use. They must never be used to commit fraud, bypass KYC (Know Your Customer) systems, or create physical forged documents.
1. Authorized Use Cases
Our templates and graphics are legally provided for the following scenarios:
- Software Testing: QA engineers testing ID-verification or OCR systems in sandbox environments.
- Theatrical & Film Props: Filmmakers requiring realistic digital props for on-screen composite shots.
- Graphic Design & Education: Illustrators and educators teaching digital layout and security document structures.
2. Strictly Prohibited Use Cases
You are legally prohibited from using our PSD files or resulting images for:
- Bypassing Identity Verification (KYC/AML) on cryptocurrency exchanges, banks, or social media.
- Creating physical, printed fake IDs or fraudulent credentials.
- Identity theft or misrepresentation of any kind.
3. Intellectual Property
The internal layer structures, custom Smart Object architecture, and unique digital mockups are the copyrighted intellectual property of DRIVER PSD. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly host the raw PSD files on other platforms.
